RETURN POLICY

NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE :

1.  In case of Bangles, the fixed sets can be exchanged if there are sizing issues, For customized sets there is no return or exchange policy.
2. The products should be unused in any cases.
3. The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
4. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 2-3 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
6. The product should be sent back in 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
7. Products bought during sale are non-refundable 
8. Jewelry such as Earings, Necklaces,Ring, etc… can not be returned or exchanged until it get damaged while shipping and also opening video is compulsory for that.

Domestic Orders : 

Cancellation Policy

Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non- refundable once the order is dispatched. You can request your order cancellation through the link: [email protected]. There is no order cancellation policy for customized orders.

Return Policy 

1. Taasha Craft have a return and Exchange policy for the Fixed sets and damaged products.
2. If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at [email protected] mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.  
3. Shipping charges are non refundable.
4. Raise your return request within 2 days of receiving the shipment through [email protected].
5. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at [email protected] with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide refund amount of the product.
6. If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped, for customized order there is no cancellation process.
7. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount
8. The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer
9. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team.
10. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges.
11. Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
12. We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
13. If you first opted for an exchange and then would want to return the exchanged product for a refund ,you would have to bear the 150 Rs reverse shipping charges.

Exchange Policy: 

1. Raise an exchange request within 4-5 days of receiving the product through. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. You can raise your exchange request through [email protected]. You will receive an approval mail from us within 48 hours if the request is accepted
2. Mention the order details and complete shipping address on the packet as stated below – Order Number and the Name used while placing the order Shipping Address : Taasha Craft, Gayatri Nagar Kosamba , near bank of Baoda, Valsad, Gujarat. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when the product is picked up.
3. No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 4 days of receiving the shipment. Incase of exceptional cases please write to us at [email protected], You would be notified by us , once we receive your shipment.
4. Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
5. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.
6. Products bought during sale are non-refundable 
7. Exchange is possible only once. If you opt to exchange the product the 2nd time, you would have to bear the reverse shipping charges and forward shipping charges , which would cost you 300 INR.
