Please note:
- Since every product is handmade, dispatch timelines for made-to-order and customised pieces may vary. Any difference will be mentioned on the product page.
- Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. To modify your delivery address, email us at orders@taashacraft.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
- You will receive tracking details on your registered email once your order is dispatched.
- If your order contains both customised and ready products, it may be shipped in parts — customised pieces take longer to craft and will follow separately.
- If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and inform us at orders@taashacraft.com immediately.
- If your order is delayed beyond the stated timeline or the courier is unreachable, write to us with your Order ID and we will escalate with the shipping partner on your behalf.
- Delivery timelines may extend during festive seasons, sales, or circumstances beyond our control (weather, courier disruptions). We will keep you informed of any delay.

How international orders work:
- Shipping charges for supported countries are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the product and your destination.
- If your country is not listed at checkout, email us at orders@taashacraft.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 87588 81215 with the products you’d like and your delivery address — we will arrange shipping and share a payment link for your order.
- Please note: any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT levied by your destination country are to be borne entirely by the customer. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices. (Our Import/Export Code: AAWPT1989P)
