Welcome to Taasha Craft. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of taashacraft.com and all purchases made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. The website is owned and operated by Taasha Craft LLP, Valsad, Gujarat, India.

1. Products & Handcrafted Nature

• All Taasha Craft products are handmade by artisans. Minor variations in colour, pattern, size, and finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted products — not defects.
• Product colours may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting and screen settings.
• Please refer to the size chart before ordering. Sizing responsibility rests with the customer.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are accepted through secure gateways — Razorpay and ICICI Bank — supporting UPI, cards, net banking, Paypal and wallets.
• For international orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout for supported countries. For countries not listed at checkout, orders can be arranged by writing to orders@taashacraft.com or via WhatsApp at +91 87588 81215. Customs duties and taxes at the destination are borne entirely by the customer.
• We reserve the right to change prices, offers, and coupon terms at any time without prior notice. Orders already placed are not affected.
• Discount coupons cannot be combined with each other unless explicitly stated, and hold no cash value.

3. Orders & Cancellation

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment (or written confirmation for international orders).
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any amount paid will be fully refunded.
• Customers may cancel an order only before dispatch. Customised orders cannot be cancelled once placed. See our Return & Exchange Policy for details.

4. Customised Products

• Customised and made-to-order products are crafted specifically for you and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
• Customisation details (colours, sizes, quantities) submitted by the customer are final once production begins. Please review carefully before confirming.
• Dispatch timelines for customised orders may be longer than standard products and will be communicated at the time of order.

5. Shipping, Returns & Exchange

Shipping timelines, charges, and our exchange process are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Exchange Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website — including product designs, photographs, text, logos, and the Taasha Craft name — is the property of Taasha Craft LLP.
• Reproduction, copying of designs, or commercial use of our content without written permission is prohibited.

7. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

• By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age or ordering under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate and current information at checkout.

8. Product Care & Wear

• Handcrafted jewellery requires care. Damage arising from contact with water, perfumes, or chemicals, improper storage, or normal wear and tear is not covered under our exchange policy.
• Care instructions are provided on each product page; following them ensures your piece lasts.

9. Limitation of Liability

• While we make every effort to keep information on this website accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about its completeness or accuracy. Any reliance you place on such information is at your own risk.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website, or for the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
• Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
• Our maximum liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

10. Communication

Taasha Craft contacts customers only for order-related conversations. We will never ask for passwords, OTPs, card details, or other confidential information over calls, emails, or messages.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfil orders arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, courier or transport disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, or public emergencies. In such situations, we will keep you informed and fulfil your order as soon as reasonably possible.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valsad, Gujarat.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
